oz365 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of Our Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to oz365. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the oz365 platform, accessible at https://oz365.ws, including all associated services, game lobbies, betting markets, account management tools, promotional offers, and support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by oz365.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise interacting with any part of the oz365 Platform, you confirm that you: (a) have read these Terms in full; (b) understand them; and (c) agree to be legally bound by them. 2. Eligibility

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of oz365, nor a close family member of any such person.

oz365 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any point during your membership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by oz365 may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features of the oz365 Platform, you must create a registered member account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and ongoing account maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) active oz365 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitute a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure, and any balances or pending withdrawals on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

oz365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address. oz365 may request these documents at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at its discretion.

3.4 Account Currency

All oz365 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are all expressed and processed in BDT. oz365 does not offer multi-currency accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

oz365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary from time to time based on operational and technical circumstances.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of each transaction and are subject to change. oz365 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable payment provider constraints.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your oz365 account balance instantly in most cases, subject to network availability and payment provider processing. oz365 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed by oz365 within one (1) to six (6) hours under normal operating conditions, seven days a week including public holidays. Withdrawal requests submitted by accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be held pending completion of the verification process. oz365 reserves the right to extend processing times in cases of suspected fraud, regulatory review, or technical maintenance.

4.5 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your oz365 account, you confirm that all funds deposited are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any unlawful activity. oz365 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time and to freeze or close accounts where satisfactory evidence is not provided.

4.6 Return of Funds Policy

oz365 will only return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Cross-method withdrawals (e.g., depositing via bKash but requesting withdrawal to a bank account) are not permitted unless explicitly approved by oz365 support following a verified request.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the oz365 Platform are final and binding once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to review the details of any bet — including selection, stake, odds, and market — before confirming. oz365 will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse bets once they have been confirmed and recorded in the system.

5.2 Odds and Market Integrity

oz365 publishes sports betting odds based on prevailing market conditions. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. oz365 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data feed malfunction, provided this is identified within a reasonable timeframe and communicated to affected members.

5.3 Abandoned and Suspended Events

In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, suspended, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion, oz365 will settle all affected bets in accordance with its published event-specific rules, which are available in the sports betting section of the Platform. In the absence of a specific rule, oz365's decision on settlement shall be final.

5.4 Casino and Slot Games

Casino games, including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and slot titles from providers including NetEnt, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, BGaming, and others, are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. Random number generators (RNGs) used in electronic casino games are independently certified for fairness. oz365 does not manipulate game outcomes.

5.5 Crash Games

Crash-style games, including Aviator by Spribe, operate on provably fair algorithms. Each round's outcome is determined before the round begins and is verifiable by the player. Crash game rules specific to each title are accessible within the game interface.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. 6.3 One Bonus Per Account

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotional offer is limited to one claim per account, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms.

6.4 Bonus Forfeiture

oz365 reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus was claimed in bad faith, through abuse of a promotional mechanic, in conjunction with a prohibited betting strategy, or in violation of any condition of the applicable promotion. oz365 will communicate the reason for any forfeiture decision to the affected member.

6.5 Promotional Changes

oz365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bets or bonus activity already confirmed prior to the change taking effect.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oz365 Platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account closed, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials to fund an account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games, poker tables, or betting markets in a way that creates an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage and Advantage Play Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, bonus structures, or promotional mechanics in a manner that distorts the intended operation of the Platform.

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a financial institution for funds that were legitimately deposited and wagered on the Platform.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward oz365 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your oz365 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes issued to your registered mobile number. oz365 will never ask you for your password by email, telephone, or live chat.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is considered to have been undertaken by you, regardless of whether another person actually performed the action.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer any software component of the Platform; scrape odds data or game results in an automated manner; or use any oz365 trademark or brand asset without prior written consent from oz365.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oz365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

oz365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your oz365 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

oz365 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

12. Account Termination

oz365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The member has engaged in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• The account has been used by an individual under the age of 21;
• The member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to oz365;
• The member has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without legitimate grounds.

Where an account is closed due to a member's breach of these Terms, oz365 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, including any deposits, bonus funds, and pending winnings. Where an account is closed for any reason that is not attributable to member misconduct, oz365 will return the verified real-money balance to the member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may voluntarily close your oz365 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following verification, and any uncompleted bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited.

13. Amendments to These Terms

oz365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, oz365 will notify registered members by email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or urgent operational circumstances.

Your continued use of the oz365 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. oz365 operates the Platform as an online entertainment service and makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction outside of the markets it actively serves.

In the event of a dispute between you and oz365 relating to your account, a specific wager, or these Terms, we encourage you to contact oz365 support in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved at the support level within 24 to 72 hours. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

oz365's decisions on the settlement of bets, the application of bonus terms, and the interpretation of these Terms are final and binding in all cases where oz365's rules and published policies are applied consistently and in good faith.
